- H. P. Lovecraft was an American horror writer who, despite being dead for nearly 80 years, is a frequent collaborator with auteur director Stuart Gordon. Together, they have produced horror-comedy classics such as Re-Animator, From Beyond and according to Stuart Wellington, a film where a guy rips his own ding-dong off.
