- A director and screenwriter whose work has been featured and referenced on many episodes of the Flop House.
Summary[]
- M. Night Shyamalan's movies tend to fall in the "suspense" or "thriller" categories, even though many of them are neither suspenseful nor thrilling. After achieving success with The Sixth Sense and Unbreakable, he began sliding into the abyss of pointless, idiotic twists.
- The Floppers consider him inferior to Uwe Boll, because when Shyamalan makes a shitty movie, he acts like you should be grateful for the chance to see his work of art, whereas Boll seems to have fun making stupid movies.
- Stuart always pronounces his last name "Shy-malan", with an emphasis on the first syllable. Elliott thinks he is Italian, and pronounces his surname as "Shamalyan."
